Why do you suggest to double my TMG dose if I am taking NMN?Updated 4 months ago

TMG has some great benefits including cardiovascular health and mood support. However these can get lost when taking NMN as TMG is also used in the methylation process, and some people use more than others. Some people when they take NMN on its own can experience headaches, or fatigue as their body needs more help processing, or methylating. TMG solves this by giving the body the right nutrients to process correctly. Each person may require something different, from no TMG to process to 2 scoops of TMG per scoop of NMN, depending on the body's needs. The name for this deficiency is called the MTHFR gene mutation.

So, we have tried to cover a number of bases with our pouches to give people the best chance of receiving all the benefits of NMN and TMG.

The simplest way to look at your own consumption of TMG, is if you can take NMN on its own with no headaches, or feeling more tired, you can take 1:1 with TMG as the body can process correctly. If you do get headaches or feel slightly more tired, try adding in TMG with the NMN until that doesn't happen starting with a half scoop. Once you have your level with NMN, you can safely add further TMG to get all the benefits that TMG has to offer. TMG is safe beyond 8g per day, but that would be 16 scoops and probably a lot more than you will ever need.
